Research in 2007 concluded only 12% of people who set new year’s resolutions are successful even though 52% of the participants were very confident of success at the beginning.
The Intention Collective will provide you with sustainable tools for change based on the science of intention setting. You will receive support from peers and expert advice from Intention coach and researcher Juliet Adams.
The group will meet bi-weekly on Friday mornings at 8.00-9.00 am UK time + 15 minutes optional Q&A .
Juliet Adams will be sharing knowledge and expertise on intention setting.

Group membership is limited, on a first come, first served basis.
